we use lots of technical gadgets every day, there are lots of instances when something stops working may be because of hardware or software failure then we have to get it repaired by someone. Here, I would like to talk about my Sony laptop, which got damaged recently and I got it repaired from the Gaffar market in Delhi
Once I was working on a project in the night and I was using the laptop while lying on the bed. I fell asleep while i was working and the next day when I got up in the morning I tried to switch on my laptop many times but there was no display then I realised that I kept my laptop on the whole night.
I felt really bad at that time and was scared to tell my family about it because it was a very expensive laptop. So I decided to ask for some advice from my cousin who had some knowledge of computer hardware and he told me to visit the nearest sony laptop service centre to figure out the damage.
The service centre was not available in my town so I had to visit the nearest service centre which was located in the neighbouring city, I rushed to that city and when I reached the service centre the technician told me that the motherboard of the laptop was overheated and got damaged and needed to be replaced.
He told me the cost of the motherboard replacement would be 20,000 Rs. I was shocked to hear such a huge repair cost as I had already spent a hefty amount on the laptop. So I came back home disappointed. Then the next day I went to my cousin to discuss the issue. He told me that one of his friends, who were in Delhi, had also faced the same problem. So, he called his friend and explained the situation. He told that he can get it repaired from the Gaffar market in Delhi for just 4000 Rs and the technician will repair my motherboard or replaced it with a used one.
After that, I decided to tell my family about it. Initially, they felt sad like me but then they suggested me to be careful about how I handle electronic gadgets in the future and gave the money for repair. Finally, I went to Delhi and got it repaired. The technician repaired the motherboard and I was able to use my laptop again he also advised me to use a laptop cooling pad so that it never gets overheated again so the first thing I did after that was to buy a laptop cooler. Nowadays I am very careful about how I use the electronic equipment, I guess, I learnt the lesson, the hard way.
