Q1. Is their much advertising in your country?

Yes, nowadays there seems to be no Place Beyond the reach of advertising. Ads plaster urban areas, interrupt TV shows and consequently pop up on the screen of a computer or smartphone.

Q2. What are the different places where we see advertisements?

Oh, seem to be plastering the whole city. Even in the most unlikely locations, we cannot even go to a bathroom in a cafe without being bombarded by marketing messages.

Q3. How do you feel about the advertisement?

Well, advertisements are good for delivering information to customers. but nowadays these are becoming unbearable. For example, magazines with 200 pages long with only about 50 pages of valuable content and rest are all ads. I also hate it when I look for some information on the net and consequently come across the page where the content exit and most of the time valuable information is buried under a heap ADS.

Q4. Do you like advertisements on TV?

I actually ignore advertisements as much as I can as they are nothing more than just an annoyance between plot twist in my favourite TV shows and films, so I turn off the sound on TV during the advertisement.

Q5. Why do you think companies advertise themselves or their products?

Well, to promote new products is one of the reasons why companies launched advertising companions. By informing people about a product and highlighting its benefits, companies stimulate people’s buying behaviour.

Q6. What do you think is the purpose of advertising?

Where it not for advertising, companies would not be able to boost their sales so easily. They reach their target audiences through different channels and create a preference for a particular product.

Q7. Do you think advertising plays a very important role in today’s world?

Well, competition is fierce nowadays and if competing companies advertise and you do not, it would take you ages to enhance sales and expand your business because no one would know that your product exists. So I think advertisement plays a vital role in our today’s life.
