Describe an activity you enjoy doing when you are alone.

Well, I’m a student, after attending college in the morning and tuition classes in the evening I have very less time to do other things. However, if I have some free time or have a holiday, I like to read.

Reading makes me think beyond immediate moments. Due to our intelligence and creative side being stronger from reading, I am able to think of smart solutions to everyday problems. Reading a good book is the perfect way for me to reduce stress and have a quiet, peaceful time without leaving the comfort of my home.

It has been proven that reading great literature and bigger words enhance vocabulary tremendously. This has further helped me in my academic performance. There are many books based on real-life events but written in a fictional story based design. I love Living books!

I like all kinds of books however books written by shiv khera are my favourite. I particularly like his book “you can win” the most. In which he describes that thing inside us that makes us go up is our attitude, he says that have you ever wondered why some people, organizations, businesses or countries are more successful than others? the reason for this is very simple, the people who become successful is because they simply think and act on that thinking effectively,

He says that one day when he asked a question from two executives that if they have magic wand, what would they ask from that wand, more profit or huge success or what, after listening to the answers of those executives he was really very impressed, the answer was that people should have better attitude, they would ask for better attitude because better  attitude can make person a good and successful person. I also like books written by Chetan Bhagat. I have read his recently released book “the girl in room” which I found was quite interesting.

So reading books would I say gives me immense pleasure and joy and I enjoy doing it when I am alone.
