Do the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The\nmovement of organizations from urban areas to less-developed provinces is a solution\nto various\nmunicipal problems.\nPersonally, I think that this\ntrend can\nbring more positives like less traffic congestion and\ninexpensive\nhousing as\ncompared to any drawback it might bring. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the disadvantages below, I think that the main advantage of this scenario is such relocation of organizations can reduce the population density in the urban areas. As a result, the influx of workers travelling in rush hours which causes traffic congestion would disappear giving huge relief to the residents. Another obvious benefit is the movement of companies\u2019 headquarters makes way for the construction of more residential areas in rural areas at a considerably cheaper price and the citizens would no longer have to live in narrow houses and apartments anymore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Admittedly, there can be some disadvantages as an organization cannot easily move from a major city to the countryside without suffering any losses. A change in terms of the position may cost a firm, for example, a reduction in the quality of its workforce. Not every employee is willing to resettle down in a faraway province, and they prefer seeking another career in the metropolis to maintain their current living standards. The enterprise, to handle such risk of brain drain, would have to hire local workers who are normally less competent. The expenses for their prerequisite training courses are significant, but an improvement in their professional performance would still not be guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\nconclusion, there are both positives and\nnegatives of shifting companies to villages but I believe\nthat governments should encourage companies to move to rural\nareas because\nof the\nmentioned considerable\nbenefits.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The movement of organizations from urban areas to less-developed provinces is a solution to various municipal problems.
